Why should this product be considered?

After witnessing 75% of women purchasing Mejuri’s nontraditional, asymmetrical engagement rings for themselves, the brand decided to launch the Today Edition: a collection of stackable diamond, ceramic and enamel rings that allow free engraving on the inside. The Diamonds Ceramic Band was a core piece from the edition, designed as the perfect statement ring for something bold, yet minimal. The unique combination of diamonds and ceramic allow the band to stand out but remain flat on the finger, for both ease and comfort. Messaging from the edition launch centered on encouraging women to treating themselves, no matter the occasion (i.e. “Diamonds for your damn self”, and “To: Me, From: Me).
Whether it is a big day, your birthday, or just Monday, the subtle engraving serves as a reminder that every day is worth celebrating. Launched just in time for International Women’s Day, Mejuri “took over” Toronto’s Queen subway station with OOH showcasing the Today Edition and guerilla marketing to surprise commuters with custom chocolate bars. While the response was extremely positive in-person, it was also extremely positive online with Torontonians sharing the OOH ads throughout the month of March via social media. To further spread the message online, we distributed postcards to over 1000 female influencers across North America, asking them to fill in and share the following message: “Today I feel ______.” Overall, Mejuri dominated the #InternationalWomensDay hashtag, bringing awareness to the Today Edition and embracing the power women have.
